Serving central Massachusetts, we are your local connection to an international organization of more than 55,000 professionals dedicated to excellence in training.

We would like to thank everyone for a very successful 2008 – 2009 season.  We are looking forward to making 2009 – 2010 even more rewarding.

The CMASTD Board will be meeting soon to begin planning the programs that will be offered during the upcoming year. 

Our next program will be September 9^th, 2009 when Sandy McArthur of the Hanover Insurance Group will be delivering a presentation on Hanover’s blended learning solution to bring new employees “up to speed” that are hired on an irregular schedule and in multiple locations.  More details to follow soon.

Who We Are & Our Mission Statement

CMASTD is a chartered local chapter of the American Society for Training & Development.  As such, it is a professional organization dedicated to the growth and development of its members in a supportive learning environment in the hope of contributing to their business success.

We strive to provide quality professional development programs in the workplace learning and performance development disciplines.  We also deliberately foster opportunities for networking among professionals, collaboration with businesses and organizations and the exchange of best practices solutions and information. 

We are in service to our membership, our program attendees, our strategic alliances, other Human Resource Development professional organizations, and sponsoring organizations.
