The Central Massachusetts ASTD Educational Partnerships Opportunity
Beginning in 2004, the Central Mass Chapter of ASTD, also known as CMASTD, initiated its first ever “Educational Partnerships” opportunities. The overall goal was to create a new channel for community and academic partnering between the Chapter and area colleges, universities, and educational entities, with a focus on mutual learning and business development opportunities for all parties.
This collaboration offers the potential for multiple benefits, including mutual web site presence, the promotion and marketing of educational and learning events and programs, as well as the increased visibility through co-sponsorship of one of the CMASTD season’s events. The level of partnering is customized for each partner.
We are pleased to report that these partnerships have been very successful to date. Current and past partners include: Becker College, Boston University – Tyngsboro Campus, Worcester State College, and most recently, the UMass Donahue Institute – Shrewsbury location.
